Tietong meets foreign telecom giants

China Tietong Telecommunications Corp. (Tietong for short), the fifth
largest telecommunication operator in China is currently negotiating with
several scientific and technologic giants in North America and Germany in
hopes of attracting investment so that it can catch up with China's four
largest telecommunication operators. The big four include, China Mobile,
China Unicom, China Telecom and China Netcom.
